Defective Garment Policy

At Tricol-Everplush, we believe in providing you with superior quality products directly from our 13 owned and operated factories. We're a family company that strives to earn your trust with every linen.

We are proud to provide a replacement guarantee on all purchases from our online store.

In the unlikely event that you receive an Everplush product with a defect caused by a manufacturing fault,  we will also replace it free of charge.

This replacement guarantee is available for 2 months after purchase of the product.

In order to notify us of a faulty linen and qualify for the guarantee, please:

  • Take a high-resolution digital photo of the product showing the problem area
  • Send us an email at customer.support@everplush.com containing the following:
    • Digital photo
    • A brief description of the problem
    • Your order number
    • Date of order
    • Exact description of product (style, size, color, etc.)

We will confirm the fault and issue a replacement via trackable express shipping.

Please note that the guarantee does not apply to discontinued items, items bought on sale, or items that are intended for one-time use.
